Steps
- At the beginning of your upkeep, Tamiyo's Journal triggers, creating a Clue artifact token.
- At the beginning of your combat phase, Workshop Elders triggers, causing the Clue to become a 0/0 artifact creature token and putting four +1/+1 counters on it.
- Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Bioshift without paying its mana cost, targeting the Clue that has +1/+1 counters on it and Sage of Hours.
- Sage of Hours triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
- Resolve Bioshift, moving the four +1/+1 counters from the Clue onto Sage of Hours.
- The Clue dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
- Activate Sage of Hours by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to take at least one extra turn after this one.
- Repeat each turn.
