Steps

  1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Tamiyo's Journal triggers, creating a Clue artifact token.
  2. At the beginning of your combat phase, Workshop Elders triggers, causing the Clue to become a 0/0 artifact creature token and putting four +1/+1 counters on it.
  3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, casting a copy of Bioshift without paying its mana cost, targeting the Clue that has +1/+1 counters on it and Sage of Hours.
  4. Sage of Hours triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
  5. Resolve Bioshift, moving the four +1/+1 counters from the Clue onto Sage of Hours.
  6. The Clue dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
  7. Activate Sage of Hours by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to take at least one extra turn after this one.
  8. Repeat each turn.
