    King Macar, the Gold-Cursed
    King Macar    .
  3. King Macar, the Gold-Cursed
    King Macar     triggers, exiling target creature and creating a Gold artifact token.
  4. Repeat.
  5. You may also repeat this combo whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
