Steps

  1. Activate King Macar using Vizier of Tumbling Sands's ability by tapping it, untapping another creature you control that has a +1/+1 counter on it.
  2. Activate the other creature using Vizier of Tumbling Sands's ability by tapping it, untapping King Macar.
  3. King Macar triggers, allowing you to exile a creature and create a Gold token if you do.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Exile all creatures opponents control.
  2. Near-infinite Gold tokens.
  3. Near-infinite artifact ETB.
  4. Near-infinite artifact LTB.
  5. Near-infinite artifact sacrifice triggers.
