Steps

  1. Activate a permanent you control by tapping it, adding at least ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate
    Rimefeather Owl
    Rimefeather Owl     by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({S} magic symbol)  , putting a snow counter on the mana producing permanent, causing the permanent to become a snow permanent.
  3. Activate
