Steps
- Cast Cut Your Losses by paying ({4} magic symbol) ({U} magic symbol) ({U} magic symbol) , causing the player named by Sewer Nemesis to mill half their library, rounded down.
- Activate Sewer Nemesis by tapping it, causing the player to mill cards equal to the cards in their graveyard, milling the remainder of their library.
Notes
- The player will mill their entire library unless, when the combo was started, their graveyard was empty and their deck size was odd. In this case, you can tap another creature via Phenax or use another method to mill the one remaining card. You can also pay the casualty cost of Cut Your Losses to mill another player, if desired, for half their library.
