Initial Card State

  1.  Phenax and Eater of the Dead on the battlefield (Eater of the Dead without summoning sickness).

Steps

  1. Activate Eater of the Dead by tapping it, causing a player to mill cards equal to its toughness.
  2. Activate Eater of the Dead by paying ({0} magic symbol)  , exiling a creature card from a graveyard and untapping Eater of the Dead.
  3. Repeat as able.

Notes

  1. The combo stops when there are no more creature cards to exile. You may boost Eater of the Dead's toughness to minimize the chance of this happening and/or tap additional creatures if you run out of cards to exile. You can also repeat this on subsequent turns.
