Steps

  1. Activate King Macar by tapping it, causing a player to mill cards equal to King Macar's toughness.
  2. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping King Macar.
  3. King Macar triggers, exiling any opposing creature and creating a Gold token.
  4. Activate the Gold token by sacrificing it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Exile all of your opponents' creatures.
  2. Near-infinite mill.
  3. Near-infinite self-mill.
