Steps

  2. Place a counter on a permanent or player.
  3. All Will Be One
    All Will Be One
    triggers, dealing 1 damage to an opponent and causing you to gain two life.
  4. Cleric Class

    triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on any creature you control.
  5. Repeat from step 3.

Results

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters.
  2. Infinite damage.
  3. Infinite lifegain.
  4. Infinite lifegain triggers.
