Steps

  1. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing Dross Scorpion, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Dross Scorpion dies, it triggers, untapping Othelm.
  3. Activate Othelm by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, returning Dross Scorpion from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  4. Repeat.
