Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Arcanis the Omnipotent without summoning sickness).

Easy Prerequisites

  1. You control at least two Halflings.

Steps

  1. Activate The Notary Hobbits by tapping it, adding at least one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. Activate Arcanis's first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards.
  3. Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay two generic mana to untap Arcanis and The Notary Hobbits.
  4. Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If mana allows, you can untap a creature using Tolarian Kraken's third trigger - although it is not necessary to execute the combo.

Results

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Infinite draw triggers.
  3. Near-infinite mana creatures you control can produce.
  4. Near-infinite untap of creatures you control.
