Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Arcanis the Omnipotent and Howlsquad Heavy without summoning sickness).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have max speed.
  2. You control at least two Goblins.

Steps

  1. Activate Howlsquad Heavy by tapping it, adding at least ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Arcanis's first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards.
  3. Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay ({2} magic symbol)   to untap Arcanis and Howlsquad Heavy.
  4. Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If mana allows, you can untap a creature using Tolarian Kraken's third trigger - although it is not necessary to execute the combo.

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Infinite draw triggers.
  3. Near-infinite untap of creatures you control.
  4. Near-infinite mana creatures you control can produce.
