Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Arcanis the Omnipotent and Vhal without summoning sickness).

Steps

  1. Activate Vhal by tapping it, adding at least ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)   that cannot be spent to cast spells from your hand.
  2. Activate Arcanis's first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards.
  3. Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay ({2} magic symbol)   to untap Arcanis and Vhal.
  4. Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You can untap a creature using Tolarian Kraken's third trigger - although it is not necessary to execute the combo.

Results

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Infinite draw triggers.
  3. Near-infinite untap of creatures you control.
  4. Near-infinite mana creatures you control can produce.
