Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Arcanis the Omnipotent and Ley Weaver without summoning sickness).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control at least two mana-producing lands.

Steps

  1. Activate Ley Weaver by tapping it, untapping two mana-producing lands.
  2. Activate the lands by tapping them, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate Arcanis's first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards.
  4. Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay ({2} magic symbol)   to untap Arcanis and Ley Weaver.
  5. Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If mana allows, you can untap a creature using Tolarian Kraken's third trigger - although it is not necessary to execute the combo.

Results

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Infinite draw triggers.
