Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Arcanis the Omnipotent and Sanctum Weaver without summoning sickness).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You control at least two enchantments.

Steps

  1. Activate Sanctum Weaver by tapping it, adding at least two mana of any color.
  2. Activate Arcanis's first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards.
  3. Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay ({2} magic symbol)   to untap Arcanis and Sanctum Weaver.
  4. Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If mana allows, you can untap a creature using Tolarian Kraken's third trigger - although it is not necessary to execute the combo.

Results

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Infinite draw triggers.
  3. Near-infinite untap of creatures you control.
  4. Near-infinite mana creatures you control can produce.
