Steps

  1. Each time an opponent draws a card,

  2. Opponents will eventually be unable to pay for
    Smothering Tithe
    Smothering Tithe     due to Statis causing them to skip their untap steps, causing you to create a Treasure artifact token.
  3. At the beginning of your upkeep,
    Stasis
    Stasis     triggers.
  4. Holding priority, activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  5. Resolve the
    Stasis
    Stasis     ability, paying ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.
