Initial Card State

  1.  Stasis and Smothering Tithe on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Each time an opponent draws a card, Smothering Tithe triggers.
  2. Opponents will eventually be unable to pay for Smothering Tithe due to Statis causing them to skip their untap steps, causing you to create a Treasure artifact token.
  3. At the beginning of your upkeep, Stasis triggers.
  4. Holding priority, activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  5. Resolve the Stasis ability, paying ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.

  1. Players skip their untap steps.
