Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Sakashima's Protege as a copy of Trade Caravan).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. One of Trade Caravan or Sakashima's Protege has a currency counter on it.
  2. You control a basic Island.

Steps

  1. During your upkeep, Stasis, Trade Caravan and Sakashima's Protege trigger.
  2. Activate a basic Island by tapping it, adding one blue mana.
  3. Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay one blue mana.
  4. Resolve the Trade Caravan and Sakashima's Protege triggers, putting a currency counter on each of them.
  5. During an opponent's upkeep, activate either Trade Caravan or Sakashima's Protege by removing two currency counters from it, untapping a basic Island.
  6. Repeat.

Results

  1. Mass Land Denial.
  2. Players skip their untap steps.
