Steps

  1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Rally the Galadhrim by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)   and tapping Skullwinder and Peregrine Drake, targeting Skullwinder.
  3. Rally the Galadhrim's conspire ability triggers, copying it, targeting Peregrine Drake.
  4. Resolve the copy of Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Peregrine Drake.
  5. When the Peregrine Drake token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands.
  6. Resolve the original Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Skullwinder.
  7. When the Skullwinder token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Rally the Galadhrim from your graveyard to your hand.
  8. Repeat, tapping the Skullwinder and Peregrine Drake tokens when casting Rally the Galadhrim instead.
