Steps

  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking the mana-producing permanent and Skullwinder.
  3. When Skullwinder enters, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You must blink a land as your mana-producing permanent to get infinite landfall triggers.
