Steps

  1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking Skullwinder and Peregrine Drake.
  3. When Skullwinder and Peregrine Drake enter the battlefield, their abilities trigger.
  4. Resolve the Skullwinder trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker to your hand from your graveyard and causing an opponent to return a card to their hand from their graveyard.
  5. Resolve the Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping up to five lands.
  6. Repeat.
