Steps

  1. Activate

    Solphim     using
    Myojin of Seeing Winds
    Myojin of Seeing Winds    ' ability by removing an indestructible counter from it, causing you to draw a card for each permanent you control.
  2. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({R} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
