Steps

  1. Cast
    Fractured Identity
    Fractured Identity     by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , exiling
    Charismatic Conqueror
    Charismatic Conqueror     and causing each opponent to create a token copy of it.
  2. When the
    Charismatic Conqueror
    Charismatic Conqueror     tokens enter the battlefield, each opponent's
    Charismatic Conqueror
    Charismatic Conqueror     triggers twice.
  3. Because there will be two
    Charismatic Conqueror
    Charismatic Conqueror     triggers for each token created, at least one 1/1 Vampire creature token will be generated on resolution.
  4. When the Vampire enters the battlefield, each other opponent's

    Charismatic Conqueror     triggers.
  5. Repeat form step 3 using the Vampire token instead, which creates a mandatory infinite loop that will cause the game to end in a draw.
