Steps

  4. Frog Tongue enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Cloudstone Curio.
  5. Resolve the Frog Tongue trigger, causing you to draw a card.
  6. Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Instill Energy from the battlefield to your hand.
