Steps

  1. Activate

    Lantern of Insight     by tapping and sacrificing it.
  2. Salvaging Station
    Salvaging Station     triggers, untapping it.
  3. Resolve the
    Lantern of Insight
    Lantern of Insight     ability, causing an opponent to shuffle their library.
  4. Psychic Surgery
    Psychic Surgery     triggers, allowing you to look at the top two cards of the opponent's library and exile one of them.
  5. Activate
    Salvaging Station
    Salvaging Station     by tapping it, returning
    Lantern of Insight
    Lantern of Insight     from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  6. Repeat.

Results

  1. Exile each opponent's library.
