Steps

    Wedding Ring     triggers, allowing them to draw a card.
  3. Notion Thief
    Notion Thief     causes that opponent to skip that draw, and causes you to draw a card instead.
  4. Repeat from step 2 until you draw from an empty library, winning the game.
