Prerequisites

  2. All permanents on the battlefield

Steps

  1. Cast any other instant or sorcery spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one
  2. Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying (4 magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)   , targeting the spell
  3. Veyran and Ovika each trigger twice
  4. Resolve both Veyran triggers, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn
  5. Resolve both Ovika triggers, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens with haste
  6. Resolve Reiterate, creating a copy of the spell it was targeting and returning Reiterate to your hand
  7. Veyran triggers twice, giving itself +2/+2 until end of turn
  8. Activate Phyrexian Altar six times by sacrificing the six Phyrexian Goblins, adding (4 magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)  
  9. Repeat from step 2
