Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. Jaxis, the Troublemaker
    Jaxis     does not have summoning sickness.
  3. You control at least one nonlegendary creature.
  4. You have at least one card in hand.
  5. ({R} magic symbol)   available.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Jaxis, the Troublemaker
    Jaxis     by paying ({R} magic symbol)  , tapping it and discarding a card, creating a token copy of any nonlegendary creature you control with haste.
  2. The copy enters the battlefield, triggering
    Intruder Alarm
    Intruder Alarm    , untapping all creatures.
  3. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing the copy, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. The creature dies, triggering itself, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite draw triggers.
  2. Infinite rummaging.
  3. Infinite self-discard triggers.
  4. Near-infinite death triggers.
  5. Near-infinite ETB.
  6. Near-infinite LTB.
  7. Near-infinite sacrifice triggers.
  8. Near-infinite untap of all creatures.
