Steps

- Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting nothing onto the battlefield.
- Holding priority, activate Petrified Field's second ability by tapping and sacrificing it, returningEchoing Deeps from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve the first Scute Swarm trigger, either creating a 1/1 Insect creature token or a token copy ofScute Swarm.
- When the creature token enters the battlefield, Kodama of the East Tree triggers, puttingEchoing Deeps from your hand onto the battlefield untapped due toArchelos as a copy ofPetrified Field.
- When Echoing Deeps enters the battlefield, eachScute Swarm you control trigger.
- Holding priority, activate Echoing Deeps usingPetrified Field's second ability by tapping and sacrificing it, returningPetrified Field from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve the first Scute Swarm trigger, either creating a 1/1 Insect creature token or a token copy ofScute Swarm.
- When the creature token enters the battlefield, Kodama of the East Tree triggers, puttingPetrified Field from your hand onto the battlefield.
- When Petrified Field enters the battlefield, eachScute Swarm you control trigger.
- Repeat from step 4.
