Steps

  1. Activate Marneus by paying ({6} magic symbol)  .
  2. Illusionist's Bracers
    Illusionist's Bracers     triggers, copying Marneus' ability.
  3. Resolve the copy of Marneus' ability, creating two 2/2 Astartes Warrior creature tokens.
  4. The tokens enter the battlefield, triggering Marneus, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Resolve the original Marneus ability from step 1, creating two 2/2 Astartes Warrior creature tokens.
  6. The tokens enter the battlefield, triggering Marneus, causing you to draw a card.
  7. Activate
    Ashnod's Altar
