Steps

  1. Activate
    Jaxis, the Troublemaker
    Jaxis     by paying ({R} magic symbol)  , tapping it and discarding a card, creating a token copy of
    Sky Hussar
    Sky Hussar     with haste.
  2. The
    Sky Hussar
    Sky Hussar     token enters the battlefield, untapping all creatures you control.
  3. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing the
    Sky Hussar
    Sky Hussar     token, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. The
    Sky Hussar
    Sky Hussar     token dies, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Repeat.
