Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. You control an additional Angel.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Ashnod's Altar
    Ashnod's Altar     by sacrificing an Angel, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. Bishop of Wings
    Bishop of Wings     triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
  3. The Spirit enters the battlefield, triggering
    Cathars' Crusade
    Cathars' Crusade    , putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
  4. The Spirit token becomes a 4/4 Spirit Angel due to having a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Activate
    Ashnod's Altar
    Ashnod's Altar     by sacrificing the Spirit token, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat from step 2.

Results

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters.
  2. Infinite colorless mana.
  3. Infinite death triggers.
  4. Infinite ETB.
  5. Infinite LTB.
  6. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
