Steps

  1. Activate

    Eloise     triggers, creating a Clue token and a 1/1 Squirrel creature token.
  3. Activate

    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing the Squirrel token, adding one mana of any color.
  4. Eloise, Nephalia Sleuth
    Eloise     triggers twice.
  5. Resolve the first

    Eloise     trigger, surveiling one.
  6. Resolve the second
