- Any remaining copies of Flicker fizzle due to having no legal target.
- Resolve the original Flicker, blinkingMeldweb Curator.
- When Meldweb Curator enters the battlefield, it triggers, puttingFlicker on top of your library from your graveyard.
- Activate Quintorius Kand's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, causing you to exileFlicker from the top of your library and cast it without paying its mana cost, targetingMeldweb Curator.
