Prerequisites

  1. All permanents on the battlefield
  2. You have a land card in hand
  3. Budoka Gardener does not have summoning sickness
  4. You control less than nine lands

Steps

  1. Activate Budoka Gardener by tapping it, putting a land from your hand onto the battlefield
  2. The land enters the battlefield, triggering
    Nissa, Resurgent Animist
    Nissa     and
    Retreat to Coralhelm
    Retreat to Coralhelm     twice
  3. Resolve both
    Nissa, Resurgent Animist
    Nissa     triggers, adding ({R} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  
  4. Resolve the first
    Retreat to Coralhelm
    Retreat to Coralhelm     trigger, causing you to either tap or untap a creature, or scry 1
  5. Resolve the second
    Retreat to Coralhelm
    Retreat to Coralhelm     trigger, untapping Budoka Gardener
  6. Activate
    Mina and Denn, Wildborn
    Mina and Denn     by paying ({R} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)   and returning the land from the battlefield to your hand, giving target creature trample until end of turn
  7. Repeat
