  1. Haze of Rage in hand
  2. All permanents on the battlefield

Steps

  1. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying (3 magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)  
  2. Ovika, Birgi and Haze of Rage's storm ability trigger
  3. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding (R magic symbol)  
  4. Resolve the Ovika trigger, creating two 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens
  5. Resolve the Haze of Rage trigger, copying Haze of Rage for each spell you've cast before it this turn
  6. Resolve the first copy of Haze of Rage, giving creatures you control +1/+0 until end of turn
  7. Repeat step 6 for each remaining copy
  8. Resolve the original Haze of Rage, giving creatures you control +1/+0 until end of turn and returning Haze of Rage to your hand
