Prerequisites

  1. Shivan Destroyer in hand
  2. All other permanents on the battlefield
  3. (R magic symbol)   available

Steps

  1. Cast Shivan Devastator by paying (R magic symbol)  
  2. Shivan Devastator enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness
  3. Mortuary, Pitiless Plunderer and Liliana trigger
  4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Shivan Devastator on top of your library from your graveyard
  5. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token
  6. Resolve the Liliana trigger, causing you to draw Shivan Devastator
  7. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding (R magic symbol)  
  8. Repeat
