Steps

  2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Priest of Urabrask
  3. Priest of Urabrask enters the battlefield, adding (R magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)  
  4. Activate Crown of Flames' second ability by paying (R magic symbol)   , returning it from the battlefield to your hand
  5. Repeat
