Steps

  1. Cast Tainted Pact by paying (1 magic symbol)   (B magic symbol)   , exiling cards from the top of your library until you reveal Jace and putting Jace into your hand
  2. Cast Tainted Pact from your graveyard by paying (1 magic symbol)   (B magic symbol)   and sacrificing a creature, exiling the rest of your library and Tainted Pact
  3. Cast Jace by paying (1 magic symbol)   (U magic symbol)   (U magic symbol)   (U magic symbol)  
  4. Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing target player to mill two cards and you to win the game due to drawing from an empty library
