Steps

  1. Activate

    Jaxis     by paying ({R} magic symbol)  , tapping it and discarding a card, creating a token copy of
    Village Bell-Ringer
    Village Bell-Ringer     with haste.
  2. The
    Village Bell-Ringer
    Village Bell-Ringer     token enters the battlefield, untapping all creatures you control.
  3. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing the
    Village Bell-Ringer
    Village Bell-Ringer     token, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. The
    Village Bell-Ringer
    Village Bell-Ringer     token dies, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Repeat.
