Prerequisites

  1. All permanents on the battlefield
  2. Vizier of Tumbling Sands does not have summoning sickness
  3. (W magic symbol)   available

Steps

  1. Activate Vizier of Tumbling Sands by tapping it, targeting Halo Fountain
  2. Holding priority, activate Halo Fountain's first ability by paying (W magic symbol)   , tapping it and untapping Vizier of Tumbling Sands, creating a 1/1 Citizen creature token
  3. Resolve the Vizier of Tumbling Sands ability, untapping Halo Fountain
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Citizen token, adding (W magic symbol)  
  5. Repeat

  3. Infinite death triggers
