Steps

  1. Cast Obscura Charm by paying (W magic symbol)   (U magic symbol)   (B magic symbol)  
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying (2 magic symbol)   (U magic symbol)   (U magic symbol)  
  3. Naru Meha enters the battlefield, copying Obscura Charm
  4. Resolve the copy of Obscura Charm, returning Phantasmal Image from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Naru Meha
  5. Put Phantasmal Image into your graveyard due to the legend rule
  6. Phantasmal Image's enters-the-battlefield ability triggers, copying Obscura Charm
  7. Repeat from step 4
