Steps

  1. Cast Cabaretti Charm by paying (R magic symbol)   (G magic symbol)   (W magic symbol)  
  2. Holding priority, activate Eldrazi Displacer by paying (2 magic symbol)   (C magic symbol)   , blinking Dualcaster Mage
  3. Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, copying Cabaretti Charm
  4. Resolve the copy of Cabaretti Charm, creating two 1/1 Citizen creature tokens
  5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing both Citizen tokens, adding (C magic symbol)   (C magic symbol)   (C magic symbol)   (C magic symbol)  
  6. Repeat from step 2
